In my own career having a a number of new sales regions and areas &#8220;given&#8221; to me this video reminded me of thinking through the levels of communication!</p>
<p>By the way this was a classic comedy show in the UK some years ago and many wonder if the Office was based around this.</p>

<p>In this new business economy the power of the internet is awesome to say the least . Look out for the mind blowing fact about google half way through the video. The growth of on line search since 2006 is hard to believe. Even here in the uk  over 18p in the average pound spent is on line!</p>
<p>If you are not using it as part of your sales strategy or your own learning and development  as a sales manager you will fall behind.</p>
<p>This is one sales manager trait to definatley embrace. Online management training I think will almost certainly be something that everyone will embrace in the future. Sales leadership in the UK perhaps for once could blase a trail.</p>

<p>There are key leverage points for sales managers to truly be high performing. One is the ability to be able to &#8221; motivate&#8221; and &#8220;inspire&#8221; your team to success. The others include helping them build their skills and mindset to become unbeatable &#8230;and not just when you are there.</p>
<p>Getting the right people in position and then coaching them to success is vital. So OK you might not have recruited them so where do you start to improve their perfomance&#8230;.and ultimatley your?</p>
